PetPulse offers free standard shipping on all orders shipping within the United States.
We select fulfillment options carefully and share tracking details by email when available. Processing and transit times can vary by product, fulfillment location, carrier service, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Returns
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.
PetPulse provides free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. To start a return, email info@petpulse.net with your order number, the item or items you would like to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions and a prepaid return label before sending an item back.
Eligible items must be returned unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and with original packaging where practical. Items that are damaged, altered, used beyond reasonable inspection, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@petpulse.net with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Cancellations
Contact us at info@petpulse.net as soon as possible to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has started or a shipment has been handed to the carrier.
